Frontier Investment Group LLC in Wilmington, DE seeks a remote Management Analyst to perform the following job duties:
1. Follow up with each warehouse to gather and organize information and data regarding each delivery, including but not limited to condition, quantity, and type of goods; ensure payments and delivery fees are made and/or received as expected; report to management team and suppliers if goods received have discrepancies or damaged in a timely manner.
2. Analyze delivery data and provide feedback to suppliers and/or carriers regarding how to improve the appliance handling, wrapping, loading and shipping process for future deliveries.
3. Maintain and update ERP database of appliances logistic/inventory information
4. Design business operational strategies, practices and policies by analyzing company inventory purchase and sales data and present to President and management team for discussion.
5. Collect, analyze, and evaluate performance data of each warehouse, design strategic operating plans accordingly, and provide guidance & assistance for each warehouse in order to operate efficiently and profitably.
6. Conduct research regarding trending sales and prices in brand new appliance market and scratch & dent appliance market, prepare report and perform presentation to management team regarding pricing and marketing strategies.
7. Maintain a library of documents, such as product model manuals, company’s legal documents, historical reports, financial document, and other reusable knowledge assets.
8. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports, such as claim forms, inventory forms, and sales reports; instruct and train warehouses and workers in using the correct format of forms and reports and keep them updated for any changes of organizational policies.
9. Daily Communication with current suppliers to coordinate and ensure the pickup & delivery of appliances to each warehouse.
10. Follow up with wholesale vendors on a timely basis to maintain relationship and gather information regarding their selling needs, current market trends of home appliances, and feedbacks of previous goods.
11. Provide training and instructions to new employees on using third-party appliances warranty service, how to search and order parts, and how to utilize the available space in warehouse.
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in data science or supply management major. 12 months of experience as a data analyst or management analyst is required. Microsoft Office Specialist (Microsoft Excel Expert Certificate) and Tableau Certified Desktop Specialist Certificate are required.
